Looking for a vintage vibe? This is the ECC803S V1 Option Retube Kit for the Marshall Haze 15 amps. The preamp section uses a JJ Long Plate ECC803S for V1 for a little lower gain with big thick mids and a little more sparkle in the highs, a standard ECC83S for V2 and a balanced ECC83S for the phase inverter in V3. The power tubes are a pair of the JJ Electronic 6V6S’s.

The Balanced ECC83S is located farthest from the input jack in V3 and the ECC803S is located in V1.

Combo amps are very hard on tubes because of vibrations which can cause tube rattle with any brand of tube. If your amp is the combo version and you play by yourself in a quiet environment or record with your amp you may want to consider using the EuroDamper tube damper rings for the power tubes. These are available in the "Related Products” tab as a set of two. These will greatly decrease tube rattle.

These are all adjustable bias amps and all you need to check and adjust the bias is a Multimeter. You can find all these under the Related Products Tab. 

Marshall recommends 25mV at each test point.
