Looking for a solid tone? This is the Standard Retube Kit for the Ampeg V4BH. For the front end this kit contains two standard ECC83S's for the preamp stage and one current balanced ECC82's and one current balanced ECC83S for the driver stage. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ Electronic 6L6GC's however you can configure this kit to use a quad of the JJ 5881's for a little lower power by clicking on the "Customize" button!

The balanced ECC82 replaces the 12AU7 and the balanced ECC83S replaces the 12AX7 closest to the power tubes.

The two standard ECC83S's replace the two 12AX7's up front.

These amps are adjustable bias and all you need to bias the amp is a bias probe and a Multimeter or our all-in-one Eurotubes "Pro One" bias probe that reads both the plate current and the plate voltage simultaneously. You can find all these under the Related Products Tab.
