Want all the gain you can get? This is the High Gain Option Retube Kit for the Peavey ValveKing 100 Watt Amp. The preamp section uses three handpicked High Gain ECC83S's. The default power tubes are a matched quad of the JJ 6L6GC’s but you can configure this kit to use the JJ 5881’s by clicking on the "Customize" button! 

If your amp is a combo then please let us know in the comments section and we will ship your kit with the special Double Mica 6L6GC’s which will greatly reduce any tube rattle.
These amps use a split-load phase inverter circuit so using a balanced tube is not necessary. The pre amp tubes can be installed in any order.

These amps are fixed bias. Unlike the 5150/6505 series and Ultra amps, the ValveKings are fixed bias at a much warmer setting. With the moderate grade of JJ 6L6GC's or 5881's we select for these kits everything is "plug and play" and the bias falls right it where it should.
