Fender 1964 Vibroverb Custom Standard Retube Kit

This kit is for the reissue 1964 Vibroverb Custom. This kit contains a matched pair of the JJ 6L6GC's, a GZ34, four ECC83S's and two ECC81's with one balanced for the phase inverter in V6.

Tube location info: The Balanced ECC81 is located in V6 closest to the power tubes.

All Combo amp Retube Kits are shipped with the Eurotubes Double Mica 6L6GC’s at no extra charge. JJ Electronic started building us a proprietary version of their 6L6GC (the 6L6GC-DM) in 2005 with extra layers of mica. This reinforces the plate structure and all but eliminates tube rattle symptoms.

All you need to adjust the bias on a Vibroverb is a multimeter. These are are available in the "Related Products" tab.

Fender recommends setting the bias at test point TP37 and TP38 to 30 to 35mV.
