No, we’re located in Portland Oregon, USA. The name Eurotubes is a nod to JJ Electronic, our primary tube supplier, who is the last remaining major European manufacturer of vacuum tubes.
Do you have a storefront?
No, we do not have a traditional brick and mortar store front. With that said we welcome any and all visitors. Please contact us before dropping in. We’re normally available Tuesday – Friday from 10am to 5pm.
Do you offer discounts?
Generally, no, we do not offer any discounts or coupons. We put most of our man power into testing/screening every single tube we sell. We do not sell untested stock. This is a labor intensive process, but the reliability and consistency speaks for itself.
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed 24/7-365 through our online store. We accept orders by phone during business hours, as well as walk-in orders with advance notice.
How do you ship?
Most orders ship with USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground. USPS Express mail is available in select areas. All available options in your area will be listed during checkout. Please contact us directly for rush or overnight options. Most orders ship same day (2pm pacific cutoff) or the following business day, Monday through Friday.
Do you offer a trial or return period.
No, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been installed or used in any way. We do offer a 6 month warranty on all of our vacuum tubes should an issue arise. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We’re happy to work with every customer on a case-by-case basis.
What is your relationship with JJ Electronic?
We primarily act as a direct to consumer seller of JJ Electronic vacuum tubes, capacitors, and audio amplifiers. We also sell to certain OEM’s and business. Our longstanding relationship with JJ has led to the production of several tube types in their current catalog. Additionally, we provide ongoing feedback for current production and new product development. We’re known industry wide as the premier seller for JJ Electronic due to our in-house testing/processing capabilities as well as our deep knowledge of both vacuum tubes and their application in the audio field.

All of our vacuum tubes are backed by a minimum six-month warranty. We stand behind what we sell. Our goal is to work with you, never against you.
